Atal Utkrisht Govt. Inter College, Masi was established in 1966 and is managed by the Department of Education, Government of Uttarakhand. Situated in the rural area of Chaukhutia Block in Almora District, the school has been serving the educational needs of the region with dedication and excellence for decades.
The school offers education from Classes VI to XII and is a co-educational institution committed to providing quality education in a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment. Hindi and English are the mediums of instruction, ensuring that students develop strong academic as well as communication skills. The academic session begins in April, and the school is easily accessible through an all-weather road.
Admission:-
Atal Utkrisht Govt.Inter College Masi follows the syllabus in strict accordance to C.B.S.E., New Delhi Board for the students admitted in the stream
Medium of instruction is English/ Hindi. English is taught as compulsory subject upto class X.
Students of classes XI and XII are categorized to Science and Arts groups

The whole session is divided into two terms. The duration of Term – I is from April to September and the duration of Term – II is from October to March.
